Binsar
Travel Information
 Binsar
is a pretty hill town in Uttaranchal, about 30 kilometers beyond
Almora in the Kumaon region. It’s a great place to go camping
and trekking, with the added attraction of being a bird watchers'
paradise.
How to Get There
From Delhi it takes 10 to 12 hours by road via Moradabad, Rampur,
Kathgodam and Bhimtaal. The road incidentally is good for travelling.
Rail journey's would terminate at Kathgodam, which is the last railhead
in Uttaranchal, from where it is a lovely three and half hour drive.
